For online orders - if you need a different size, or if a garment just wasn't what you expected, we will happily exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase for full-priced items only.
If the garment was purchased instore and you have changed your mind we are able to issue a credit note, but a refund does not apply. Exchanges are accepted.
For sale items, we can offer an exchange if stock is available and the exchange is within 14 days or we can offer a store credit.
We cannot refund sale items. If you have any questions, please contact us before you finalise your purchase with payment.
Please make sure that garments have not been used, worn, washed or damaged before returning.
